Exchange and Return Policy – Model
First: Products tailored according to the Ministry of Commerce regulations, products that are made to order:
- They cannot be exchanged or returned.
- This excludes cases where there is a clear defect or damage to the product.
In case of a defect:
- You must contact the store within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The case is being assessed by the Tiraz team.
- The replacement will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of receiving the product.
Second: Exceptions
Replacements or refunds are not possible in the following cases:
- Products included in promotional offers or discounts
- After the order is approved (cancellation, modification, or refund are not possible)
- The feedback section will not be implemented if it is not possible due to pressure or limitations (and this does not entail the right to refund or exchange).
We emphasize the importance of:
- Choosing the right size and color
- Review all policies before completing the order
Third: Timeframes in case of damage or defect in the product and its approval by the Taraz team
- ⏱️ Product returns: within two days of receipt
- Product exchange: within two days of receipt date
- Refunds:
- 7 to 14 working days
- If paying via Mada , processing may extend to 30 business days if the application is submitted after 14 days, according to Mada policy.
The amount will be refunded after deducting delivery fees.
