The customer has the right to return or exchange the products through an application that he submits according to the form prepared for this on the e-commerce platform, under the following conditions:
1. The replacement or return should be within the time period indicated in the policy, with the exception of products that have defects or do not conform to the agreed upon specifications.
2. It is conditional to return or replace the product that it has not been used by the customer, and that the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase.
3. The products must be returned to the same location mentioned in the purchase invoice, and for a model with the customer’s approval, the products must be received from the customer and returned in return for deducting the value of re-receipt from the customer.
4. In order to implement the return or exchange request, the customer must keep the purchase invoice for the relevant products.
5. Products shall be returned within two days from the date of receiving the order.
6. Products shall be replaced within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
7. The period of refunding money takes from 7 to 14 working days. On the Mada card, if the submission of the return request exceeds 14 days, it may be delayed to an additional 30 working days according to Mada’s return policy.
Exclusions from the return and exchange policy:
The following cases are excluded from the return and exchange policy:
1. If the products are manufactured at the request of the customer or according to certain specifications he specified - with the exception of the case of defects or non-conformity with the specifications agreed upon in the purchase invoice.
2. If a defect appears in the products as a result of poor storage by the customer.
